I called Precision early on a Saturday morning when my garage door could not be opened. Technician Cori arrived on time, and was very professional and efficient. She reassured me immediately that she could repair the broken springs. My garage door was repaired by noon! I highly recommend Precision.

Brian was in the neighborhood and ws at our house within minutes. He safety checked 3 garage doors, lubricated all hinges and rollers and tightened a loose chain on one of the doors. Great guy. Definitely an asset to the company.

This is the first time I have had to call for service since the initial installations. I had purchased the warranty and I am extremely pleased with how hassle-free the service process is. I called Precision on Tuesday morning 9am and they had someone at my house by 2pm. Damon Burke was my technician.
