Excellent service. A lot more e pricey since the last time you guys were here. The service tech wasn’t here 30 and replaced torsion spring and cables. The Door works great and service was great, but $588 for 30 minutes, spring and 2 cables…a bit much!

I called Precision when the garage door "jerked" as it stared to open. I thought the drive chain was loose and needed to be tighten. That wasn't the problem. You service technician, Damon Burke, solved the problem in short order. He went to his truck and brought back a can of silicone spray. Damon's diagnosis was the rubber moulding around the door opening was sticking to the door and causing the jerk. His solution worked—problem solved. While he was here. he lubricated all the moving parts of the overhead door. Great job, Damon. I can't say enough good things about Damon. He was on time, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of Percision's products. He is an asset to the company.

A decade ago your company worked on my parents' garage doors and they left me a company card with a note highly recommending the company. Fortunately,I kept that card and phoned yesterday for service on frayed cables and to have a full check of all parts including our automatic lifter. Reece Cramer was the employee who worked on our older garage door fixing cables and replacing the brackets that pull them. He thoroughly checked all elements of this older door, worked hard when he discovered major brackets were also about to break and has all components working silently and swiftly. Reece is an excellent representative and he explained he had chosen Precision Door Service to work for because of its reputation and he was proud to be an employee.
