Arrived on time Friendly Told me what we needed but he only had a part so had to leave for an hour to go and get the part. Came back replaced it and fixed a few other things with the door! We will definitely call Precision Garage Doors when we need help again!

I chose your co. because I had used you in the past with great results. On 6/15/23 I had a situation with 2 damaged bottom sections on my 9’ garage door which rendered it inoperable. I called your co. and was given an appointment for the the very next day (6/16). the tech whose name was Damon arrived early and was able to at least secure the door in the down position. He informed me that the 2 bottom sections would need ordered and the lead time was hard to pinpoint. However, he called back the same day and informed me that he was able to locate the needed parts and would be out the next day 6/17 to complete the job. He arrived early and had the doors fully operational in a short time. I really can’t say enough good things about Damon. He was knowledgeable, personable & professional. He deserves 5 stars for his work ethic along with all mentioned above. Thanks Damon & thanks to your co. Another job well done & another well satisfied customer.

I arrived home on Monday night after work and my garage door would not open. I found that the spring and cable had come undone and the door was inoperable. I called Precision on Tuesday morning 9am and they had someone at my house by 2pm. Damon Burke was my technician. He was very professional explained the issue and the cost and then fixed it within an hour. Thank you for the great service!

I called Precision early on a Saturday morning when my garage door could not be opened. Technician Cori arrived on time, and was very professional and efficient. She reassured me immediately that she could repair the broken springs. My garage door was repaired by noon! I highly recommend Precision.

Brian was in the neighborhood and ws at our house within minutes. He safety checked 3 garage doors, lubricated all hinges and rollers and tightened a loose chain on one of the doors. Great guy. Definitely an asset to the company.
