This is the first time I have had to call for service since the initial installations. I had purchased the warranty and I am extremely pleased with how hassle-free the service process is. The technician (David Kovach) changed the frayed cables and adjusted the door. He was prompt and professional. I wish every type of repair service would be like this. Kudos!!

We have tried for months to align the sensors on our garage door. If it wasn't overcast or night time the door wouldn't close. Tim fixed it in a few minutes. This was our first experience with Precision. Our last experience with another company did not go well. We will stay with Precision.

We were trapped without use of our cars, as the spring broke on our garage door. Couldn't even disengage it and manually lift the door. Precision was out the same day to repair the spring and free our vehicles. Randy Swann was courteous, friendly, and efficient. This is the 3rd time we have called Precision for 2 different houses, and we have always been pleased with the service.

Tech inspected the door, explained the problem and offered several fixes. Ended up replacing all the mechanical parts. Due to age of doors he upgraded both doors so I have matching doors. He came supplied with all the parts needed. Completed all the work quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and your co.

My experience with Precision today was absolutely incredible. I discovered that my garage door spring was broken, called them at 12pm and by 3pm it was repaired for a fair price. The entire experience blew me away from start to finish. The customer service rep, Kayla, was extremely polite and efficient with getting this scheduled. The text and email updates throughout the process were reassuring. Finally, my technician, Damon was a true professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick in doing a wonderful job. It was truly refreshing in today's world to deal with this outstanding organization. Do yourself a favor and call them for all your garage door needs.

Yesterday was our third repair/visit by a Precision service technician over the last 4 years - 3 at our previous home and the last one at our present condo. Each repair/installation more extensive than the ones previous. Again, our technician provided thoroughly professional and excellent results - we are most happy and delighted with her work and the parts and materials provided. In the past, we have used other garage door service companies -never with a satisfactory result. We recommend Precision strongly- very strongly - Do yourself a huge favor and never call any other company.

We had to have a garage door overhaul, multiple broken parts & all this during Covid! There were unavoidable delays due to parts being back ordered but Precision worked with one of their customers that only had a leaking window on their garage panel &’was willing to let us have their panel that came in before ours! We were so thankful for this because we couldn’t open our garage @ all. Our fixed door & new springs & rollers work beautifully & glide so quietly now. We’re very happy!

Only giving 5 stars because there aren't more to choose! This company provides outstanding service!! Technicians Cori and Marcus are wonderful.. very professional, very thorough with excellent explanations, when they were here to fix problems we were having with our existing 10 year old garage doors. A week later, when we called about another problem we were having, an appointment was set up for the same day. Communication as to who is coming to the job, and notification when they are on the way is very good. Another thing that really impressed us : at no time was there any pressure to replace the garage doors. We highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I am so happy with Precision. The technician, Cori Merkel, was on time and was in and out in an hour. She was very friendly and fully informed me of what was wrong with my garage door and how she would fix it, with a quote before she began work. Once she was done, she thoroughly explained what she had done and answered all my questions.
